Environment

Anti-corruption

Principle 10

Four out of six KPIs are included in the corporate and functional KPIs of the Company's management, which is directly related to their remuneration.

For 2024, the corporate KPIs, which is directly related to the Chairman of the Management Board and all members of the Management Board, include the KPI "The level of occupational safety", which assesses the efficiency of management of processes aimed at identifying, preventing and avoiding dangerous working conditions in the workplace, deviations from safety requirements, as well as their causes.

The KPI "Transportation Safety“ is provided for the Deputy Management Board of NC KTZ JSC aimed at improving the level of train safety.

The KPI "Level of social stability" is provided for the Head of the Staff of NC KTZ JSC, as well as the KPI "Presence of women in executive bodies and management bodies", reflecting the Company's commitment to non-discrimination on the basis of gender and ensuring gender equality in the Company.
